I got great service. They quickly replaced my tire that had a bolt in it, and I did not have an appointment. I have heard neighbors say they are an honest repair shop that gives great service. I live in the neighborhood, so I will use them again if needed.

It's so wonderful to be able to rely on the good folks at Medlock Gulf to keep my '99 Civic in roadworthy shape. When Paul outlines what will need doing in the near future, it always makes sense. (And for this week's maintenance visit, he even declined to add on an oil change as it wasn't needed yet.) Anyone who's looking around for a go-to mechanic should definitely give their oil change/safety inspection a try to experience just how thorough they are. These guys are the best!
