It's funny, I always steered clear of this service station because the gas was a few cents more than others but the day I needed "full service" Carl was there to fill up my tank and tell me that my brakes were about to go. He gave me a realistic idea of how long I had and told me to call back and make an appointment. When I couldn't stop and realized he did have my back, I called. Not only was the price competitive, but the service I received was above and beyond. A ride home, phone calls to check in on what was needed and how much it would cost, friendly representation...everything that might make me a loyal customer. As a former director of customer service, this is exactly what I would expect from my team. Great job guys! Thanks.
