I requested an appointment online. Eddie called me right back to confirm. I also received a email confirmation. I dropped my car off at 8:00. I filled out a one page form with my info and description of the problem. I went to work. About 2 hours later they called to explain what needed to be repaired, the cost and estimate when it would be ready. I got a call around 2:00 saying the car was ready to be picked up. I was very happy with the service. It was a bit more expensive than I expected but I believe they were fair and the service was excellent.
