Every procedure done on my car is clearly explained. When a price is given - it's kept. No mysterious add-ons or unexpected surprises with costs. Great service as always. Went for oil change and they looked for other wear/tear and informed me in advance what will be needed in the coming months. I always appreciate the great assistance and help.

They gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait while they changed my oil. It took exactly one hour and they were such nice people. I will definitely go back again!

As always, service was excellent, as was the competence of the work done. I like Medlock Gulf's "no-frills" approach to car maintenance, which I compare to the Toyota dealer's (which has lots of frills, poor service, incompetent repairs, & is much more expensive.) That the work is done on time & under-budget are also big pluses.

I had a slow leak from a nail puncture in one of my tires and was worried I would need a new tire, but I took it over to Medlock Gulf and they had it repaired in the time it took to smoke a cigarette and it only cost $12! Great job guys.

First time customer but I'll be back. Good service.
