I've been bringing my vehicles to these guys for a few years now. From my experiences, they are nice people to deal with, patient about explaining their recommendations and the costs associated with repairs, and they do a good job. I never feel like they are just trying to make a buck. They have always been conservative in the work they've recommended and have helped me budget for larger issues as well as find ways to keep costs low on necessary work. For example, today I had a leaky valve that they initially thought needed to be replaced. But they took it out and determined it was still good, just clogged, so they flushed it out, cleaned it, and put it back in, saving me about $30. They are human and made a mistake once (charged me for something and neglected to actually do it), but they were very apologetic and dropped everything to rectify the situation as soon as I brought it to their attention. At the end of the day, I trust them - that's why I keep going back.

This was my second big repair (1991 Awesome Roadmaster) Major front end issues- which I knew by how it was driving. Parts are hard to find. They drove out of town to get my parts and had my car back in less than 2 days. I trust that they do what they say and that it is the correct diagnosis- not always the case at outer auto repair establishments. They have been in business a long time for a reason. No complaints and I recommend them to friends.
