This was my second big repair (1991 Awesome Roadmaster) Major front end issues- which I knew by how it was driving. Parts are hard to find. They drove out of town to get my parts and had my car back in less than 2 days. I trust that they do what they say and that it is the correct diagnosis- not always the case at outer auto repair establishments. They have been in business a long time for a reason. No complaints and I recommend them to friends.

These guys have done great work at good prices and with quick turn around. They have been willing and able to help me prioritize my repairs to help accomodate my budget. This business was recommended to me by a friend. Even though I don't like to get my car repaired at a station, I decided to try it anyway. The staff was very informative, friendly and gave me a decent quote compared to the dealership. Like with any car repair, they have to get into it to see exactly what was wrong. It was more expensive than the estimate but I think they were more than fair and very honest. I would recommend this business.

I've been a customer of Paul's for years, first at the Emory Village location, and now at Medlock. Paul is sensitive about getting us in when there's been emergencies (break down the day before a holiday trip, for ex.) and has given good counsel about what things can wait and what things need immediate attention.
