I'm very grateful that the guys at Medlock are so trustworthy and friendly. Having a car emergency in morning rush hour on a Monday is scary and Beau and Paul calmed me right down. Car completed quickly and efficiently! Very impressed. Thanks y'all.

With this last visit, I noticed Medlock is VERY BUSY with several drop ins, and not once did they break a "sweat" or "frown" at the rapid pace. Prius high voltage battery pack went bad after 9 month from previous installation. Still within 2-year warranty and the Hybrid Shop replaced an 09 reconditioned battery pack without any charges. Nice to do business with Hybrid Shop!

Always saw cars there waiting for repair, and I thought "what the heck, they must be okay..." Found out first hand how wonderful they really are! Needed a few things done on my trusty Versa and when they totaled up the price it was under what was anticipated. Really nice genuine people doing what they love to do!
