My Nissan Altima Hybrid would not start I had it towed to Medlock Gulf and they started working on it right away. Joe did a diagnostic and explained to me in depth the issues with the car. During the process of the repairs he kept me informed from start to finish. Joe and the staff at Medlock Gulf are very honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and fair. Any issues with a hybrid vehicle I highly recommend you take it to Medlock Gulf they are by far the best.

After 3 warning lights appeared, I took my car to Medlock's Hybrid Shop. Joe did diagnostics in 30 minutes and explained, both technically and in layman's terms, the problem was that the hybrid battery on my 2005 Prius was failing. Luckily, they had 2 reconditioned batteries in stock. While waiting I was offered bottled water and a ride home since the installation would take several hours. Later Josh returned to take me back to pick up my car at Medlock. I really appreciated the waiting area without a blaring television too! I requested an appointment on their website and was actually called back on a Sunday to confirm it. Highly recommend these guys. Super service!!
