We've been working with Medlock Gulf for at least six years, and I just can't say enough good things about them. They consistently solve our problems in a very short time frame with the highest quality level. They are trustworthy and reliable. They have come to our home to pick up/deliver and repair our cars multiple times, and will not even let me pay for the additional trouble. I am very grateful to have them nearby.

The service was quick, the price was reasonable and technician was well versed and explained the situation clearly. My wife had problems with her vehicle prior to my visit and the service center went above and beyond with research that you rarely see anymore.

Every time I go the people of Medlock Gulf are helpful and understanding! I know nothing about cars and I always feel comfortable leaving my car with them and I also feel like I am always receiving an honest assessment of what is needed and what can wait. It is so nice to not worry about dealing with my car when it needs a check up. They also have superior service! I did my 50,000 mile check-up which is a lot of items that need to be taken care of and they added a coupon and fixed my tail light just because they care. That kind of customer service is unheard of and other establishments I have been at in the past nickle and dime your entire experience. I will always return to this location so long as I possibly can.
