Very honest and professional. Before handing over my vehicle to the guys at Medlock Gulf, I sought out a Ford dealership to address my issues. After the car sat for two months, the dealership told me that the Hybrid Battery on the car would need to be replaced, costing me around $8000. The guys at Medlock Gulf diagnosed the issue as a bad fuel pump and ran diagnostics on the hybrid system, which all checked out. In the end their work and expertise saved me nearly $7000. Joe and Eddy are especially helpful, updating me on each step of the process while trying to save me every penny that they could.

Personable, professional service! I have now been to Medlock Gulf twice (discovered it through enthusiastic and solid endorsements by neighbors on our list serve) and each time I am struck by their integrity. They forecast things that might be needed down the road but do so in a way that seems informative rather than pressure to upsell on the spot (which I had previously experienced a lot of elsewhere). They are happy to educate me and do so in a way that is not condescending. They are thoughtful and friendly and I love that as I sat in the wait area, several "regulars" came in and were recognized and known by name. This is such a wonderful gem! Thankful!!!!!
