Excellent service, excellent work, pretty good prices. And close by, available, friendly. I rely on my car to transport me and my stuff; I rely on Medlock Gulf to keep my car running.

My first visit to Medlock Gulf and my first repair for my Prius. You know how it is with car repairs, I was a little wary. I was referred to Medlock by my regular mechanic since he doesn't work on hybrids. I was totally impressed and relieved. I waited while Joe worked on my car and noticed that this is a very busy shop with lots of return customers. I was in and out in a little over an hour and this included ordering, receiving and installing a part. My car runs like new! Joe is definitely my new car guy!

World Toyota wanted to charge me $7500 to replace a multi-function display (touch screen) when it went dark. Medlock Gulf told me that the batteries were depleted and I just need to drive the car more often, and charge me $50. I am never going back to World Toyota again. Medlock Gulf has won me over as a customer.
