The people at Medlock are always friendly, helpful, and informative. Whenever I visit them for car repairs, they voluntarily tell me and even point out to me what specific area/part of the car is having problems and identify what issues are more or less pressing. I also appreciate that they offer rides from the workshop and perform other minor checks on the car at no additional cost.
