As always, the employees are extremely helpful, friendly, and not condescending as is the case with so many automotive places. I went to get my oil changed; it took longer than expected but I know from experience that this is unusual for them- they were pretty busy that day.

Once again your great team of mechanics and support staff came to my rescue. My aging Bravada developed a serious problem about 4:00 and they diagnosed the problem, managed to get the part and stayed overtime to repair it. In addition, one of the drivers took me over to "doggie daycare" to pick up my dog and bring him back to wait with me til the car was ready. As I left, Paul said he'd be there for a bit longer and said to call if I had any problems on the way home. Not only are all of you highly qualified and capable but you are concerned for all of your customers.I can't thank you enough for all you do.
