Quick turnaround to diagnose and replace a bad starter. Paul gave me choice between new and reconditioned part, advised me that new one costs only $8 more and would probably last at least twice as long. I don't like having to spend money on my car, but I don't mind giving it to these guys.

Medlock Gulf is the best auto service provider I have ever used. They go way beyond what was expected and always provide extra services at no charge. They really care about the customers. I would never think of going anywhere else for my car services.

Paul was courteous and helpful as always. He distinguished between work that should be done soon and work that could wait. And he did the right thing when we had a problem that wasn't fixed the first time. Solid customer service.

I came in for an oil change and alignment but didn't know much about the latter of the two. They told me all about the process and even gave me a print out of how out of alignment my car was and how it was good to go after they fixed it! Excellent customer service and pretty darn good car service as well :-)

Medlock Gulf has taken care of my vehicle for several years. Always give me details of what's needed and options to complete work. Their mechanic(s) do a great job. My vehicle is excellent condition. There is a comfortable waiting room within the facility. Medlock also has a shuttle service. I continue to recommend Medlock Gulf to family and friends.
