Great job fixing an ABS brake problem. Fixed in about 8hours. Easy to get too and very friendly. I will be back.

My heater was out and it is getting cold. Guys at Medlock Gulf had my heater fixed and cranking in a few short hours. Great communication via phone with estimate and update. Much appreciated.

As apposed to taking the car to the dealership and getting a 30% upcharge, they guys get it done right time & time again at a reasonable cost.

Fast service. Looked at my car in the morning, and by the end of the day had repaired the dual problems that were causing my engine light to go on. Was also upfront about the costs.

Recently my engine light came on, so I took it to Medlock Gulf since several coworkers use the shop. They went over why the light came on, repair options and estimated charges for the repairs. I called a friend who owns a shop in NC to make sure the options and fees were reasonable (especially since some shops dupe women)- and he said the shop's advice and fees sounded correct- I wasn't getting duped. Service was completed and the total bill was less than anticipated. I feel I have a trustworthy shop to take my car to for future repairs. Thank you Medlock Gulf.
