fantastic - couldn't be more pleased

I took my Miata into Medlock Gulf for a battery change and had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly, and the work that the technicians did was thorough. Further, they informed me that the battery that was previously installed by another garage was not the right size and was not tethered down. The battery jostling around in the trunk could have potentially caused great harm if I had been in an accident. I appreciated their knowledge and expertise! I will continue to use this garage for future service!

Easy as usual. Bad part the first round but you replaced it right away.

I was referred to Medlock Gulf by a neighbor for a leak in my radiator. They basically identified my problem by my description of the leak. I dropped it off at 8 am, had an estimate by 9 and work was complete by 1. Very pleased with their service.

In an era when it sometimes seems customer service is dead, the folks at Medlock Gulf are there to show you otherwise. They are all extremely friendly and are there to help get your car serviced and still function through your day. They drove me back to my house (which is only about 1/2 mile away) and picked me back up when my truck was ready. Their prices seem reasonable and the quality of their work appears to be good. I will definitely be returning for all of my work trucks and my personal vehicles.

Everyone was courteous, the service was on time, the price did not scare me to death, no one hounded me about additional services and the gentleman in charge kindly offered a ride both to work and back to get my car. Could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. Will definitely return and refer others.

Multiple times I've used them to service my vehicle and always been happy with prompt service, a quote prior to the work that is in line with what needs to happen etc.. Good garage like a real service station used to be.
