Since my Dad and my brother live in different states (an aren't exactly mechanically included), the guys at Medlock Gulf are like a bunch of brothers who take care of me and my car. They are great at explaining what needs to be done and helping me decide what repairs are critical and what can wait.

It's funny, I always steered clear of this service station because the gas was a few cents more than others but the day I needed "full service" Carl was there to fill up my tank and tell me that my brakes were about to go. He gave me a realistic idea of how long I had and told me to call back and make an appointment. When I couldn't stop and realized he did have my back, I called. Not only was the price competitive, but the service I received was above and beyond. A ride home, phone calls to check in on what was needed and how much it would cost, friendly representation...everything that might make me a loyal customer.
