These folks are courteous, prompt, and deliver on what they say they will. You'll have a hard time finding nicer people to leave your car with. We took the car in for a second opinion on some work that needed to be done. We had an awful experience at a shop down the road - not looking at the car for 2 days, not telling us they were behind, and not giving us an estimate. Medlock Gulf was a breath of fresh air. They had us in and out of there with an estimate in 20 min, and the next day we dropped the car off and they had it ready for us 4 hours later. They were also the most friendly, polite, smiley mechanics I have encountered. No intimidation factor here. And by the way - they were a great price as well.
