Excellent! I can't believe I've lived in the Decatur area for almost ten years without knowing about this gem. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had our car at a place that we'd used for years--they couldn't diagnose the problem after two weeks! Gulf had the problem nailed down in two days and fixed in a timely manner. Will DEFINITELY be switching to the guys at Gulf. We dealt directly with Paul--so helpful. Thanks!

Fit me in, eventough I was on the late side, especially since I had a coupon to save on brakes and it was the last day. Thanks for the consideration, as I couldn't have afforded the job that day if I had to pay full price. Always prompt, professional and thorough! Never used it, but, have always been offered a ride home and back for longer repairs. Very considerate for busy people with no extra cars or friends to ride them around in - which is most people.

This is my second time to call Medlock Gulf for help with emergency repairs. I learned about this station through someone at work who has used them for years and felt so highly of them.The first time I called was 2 months ago when they helped me by determining that my issue was covered under the dealer warranty and helped me locate a dealership with availability to fix my van. I was so impressed by their level of customer service and concern over meeting my needs. They provided me with transportation home and picked me up when my van was ready! Little did I realize how their assistance would prove invaluable soon again. Driving back to work at lunchtime yesterday my vehicle started making a horrible sound. It was very frightening and I called them immediately. Sure enough they said I could bring it in right then and gave me a ride to my next destination! Lucky for me they were able to fix it that afternoon and again provided transportation for me to pick it up. I am going out of town this weekend and so appreciated them being able to repair my car so I could maintain my schedule! Their prices are very reasonable and I even had a discount for my repair yesterday as they are one of the 60 stations nationwide who donate money to breast cancer research and nationally raised over $100,000 last year! I am now a huge fan of Medlock Gulf and would recommend them without reservations and with much accolades!
