This was my first visit to Medlock Gulf and I must say it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I must confess that I didn't expect the shop to be as modern as it is. Nor did I expect the level of professionalism that I was shown. They provided the service to vehicle in timely manner and a fair price. I appreciated their service so much that my taking my truck back this weekend for a suggested repair. I really like the "old school" feel with a 21st century services. Keep up the good work and you'll always have my business!

These guys are great to deal with, and I am skeptical as I just moved here from the NYC area. Paul and Karl and the crew are always responsive and fair. I started by purchasing all my gas there. Thier gas prices are the same or a penny higher than QT but there service is always friendly and professional and they will gladly come out and cgeck your tires with air pressure. I know bring my wife's car there and the repaira are reliable and they are candid when I need any additional service and tell me if I have a little time before the service needs to be executed. I reccommend you give Medlock a try

I am from Chattanooga TN and work here in Atlanta. On the way to work one morning my car broke down, I had visited this service station a long time before to ask a minor question about my car and I found them to be so helpful I made a mental note that if I ever had an opportunity to use them I would. Well the morning I broke down I wasn't far from them and remembered, so I brought my car to them and just as I thought they were very kind, informative, and the price was right on par with other stations. I would highly recommend this station!!!

The guys took the time to explain the logic behind why they thought my A/C wasn't working and they were all very professional.

Great service with a small town community feel- great prices, long wait time for an oil change though. But they still finished under my quoted time of two hours

My experience was very professional and smooth. I felt like everyone involved made sure that I always knew exactly what was going on and what "fixing my car" would entail. They genuinely cared about making sure that I was taken care of and they worked so efficiently that I was done well before I expected to be.

Paul was absolutely awesome about talking to me before they even started working on my car. He explained the issue, why the fix was necessary, the downstream effects of not fixing it and offered a few options to save some money. My radiator cracked and they were able to see my car that day and fixed it the same day, while also giving me a ride back to work and picking me up when they were done! These guys are awesome and I'll continue taking my car to them!
