Very nice staff, polite, courteous & friendly. Great service, knowledgeable staff and the work was done in under an hour.There was a promotion "Brakes for Breast" to support Breast Cancer Vaccine Research. I thought that was a super idea! I participated and also had the oil changed on my car.This is a full service station. I'd even noticed that a customer came in for gas & the attendant offered to put air in his tires. How cool is that!The customer waiting area was cozy & clean with magazines & coffee. They offered "Old Fashioned" customer service.Thanks Medlock Gulf......see you again soon

I appreciated how quickly Medlock Gulf worked on my car. I appreciated how accurate they were in estimating how long it would take. I was very happy with their offer to drive me to and from home and their overall friendliness. They also caught a problem with my brakes that another service provider missed for the past 2 years. My car drives well now after having taken it to Medlock Gulf!

I like bringing my car to Medlock because I trust Paul and the other men to give me an honest appraisal of what my car needs.I bought two new tires and paid more than I would have at a tire store so I hope I made the right decision and count on Paul and his partners to stand behind their work.

I have finally found the shop for my vehicle repairs. Medlock Gulf diagnosed my van's problems quickly and accurately and offered viable options for how to work within my budget. They got my car in and out very quickly so that I could leave for a trip as scheduled and I left town feeling confident about the quality work. Staff was very nice and I am sure they did everything they could to make my van safe. I am deaf and I would have appreciated a little more willingness to write explanations of what was needed. But the van service was fine.
