The worst service I've ever had at Medlock Gulf was wonderful.

The experience at Medlock was really nice. I've taken my car here before, and the service has been consistent across these past several years. I was greeted warmly, explained my car issues (blocked condensation), and they quoted me a price for this. While I waited for the courtesy shuttle (yes, they gave me a ride back to my house!), they offered me water. They called to let me know when my car would be finished. I've had no trouble with this car issue since. I will return to this service station again for any issues that arise in my car, and I would recommend them highly.

Had a hole in my 22 inch Perelli racing tire that I got a few miles down Ponce. Luckily they were in a great location and I was able to pull into the station at 7 am. They gave me a lift to the hospital where I had to attend a conference and quickly located a tire for me. I was able to pick my car up at the end of the day and the pricing was reasonable.

Had a great experience at Medlock Gulf. They are very knowledgeable and want to make sure that you are satisfied with their service. Their prices seemed reasonable to me based on what had to be repaired. I would return for future service.

I called hoping to have a last minute oil change, tire rotation, etc done before a 9 hour road trip and successful in grabbing a 10:30 appointment. Paul and the whole team were exceptional, welcoming and thorough. I had some oil smudge on dash by key - but that's my only gripe. I will definitely be back for all needs and have already referred family and friends.

In my experience, they are honest and finish the work promptly and competently. I especially appreciate the fact that Paul takes the time to explain everything: the nature of the mechanical problem, the severity of the problem, the options for repair, etc. At my last visit, he even saved the worn-out parts to show me afterwards.
