I really appreciate the great communication, honesty and genuine concern shown by the Gulf staff. We took our minivan in because the check engine light was on. Little did we know that one of our tires was being rubbed down to the wires (literally) by a bad wheel bearing. It was a bad accident waiting to happen. They sent us pictures of the tire and saved it to show to us later as well. They also found a problem while out on the road for the final test drive, and since they had not caught it originally or included it in our estimate, we only had to pay for the part, not the labor. It is so refreshing to have mechanics that are trustworthy!

I have a 2006 Mini Cooper which needed break pads and a 30,000 mile service. I had never been to Medlock Gulf before. I found their service to be exemplary: professional, courteous and good work! They were able to schedule me immediately, I brought my car in the next morning after I called them and they even gave me a ride to work after I dropped the car off. They gave me an accurate quote for the work with no surprise charges at the end and I was shocked to be able to pick up the car that very afternoon with the work done. The car is running beautifully now and the breaks are no longer squeaking! I would highly recommend them and plan to not only bring my car back when it needs service again, but I like them so much that I plan to try to buy all my gas there!
